1. Platform & Placement
Content must be posted on the agreed-upon platform and format (e.g., Instagram feed, YouTube video, story, etc.).
Rewind Productions is not responsible for any errors if the influencer posts in the wrong location.
2. Content Guidelines
Influencer must strictly follow all creative directions and caption guidelines provided by Rewind Productions.
This includes all required tags, mentions, and hashtags.

3. Payment Terms
Payment will only be made after the content is published, verified, and confirmed to match the agreed-upon terms.
4. Posting Deadline
The influencer must post the content on or before the agreed-upon deadline.
Delayed posts may result in cancellation of the agreement or non-payment.
5. Content Usage Rights
Rewind Productions reserves the right to reuse and repurpose the influencer’s content for marketing purposes, with appropriate credit to the influencer.
6. Disclosure & Authenticity
The influencer must clearly disclose the partnership using labels such as #ad or #sponsored.
All opinions shared must be honest, authentic, and based on personal experience with the product or service.
